Max

Hi!

If you’re reading this, you’ve gotten a taste of my photography, and you might already see that I’m creative, detail oriented, tasteful, and hold myself to a high standard. It’s worth mentioning that I don’t really like to toot my own horn, so the page you are reading is by courtesy of friends and family who helped bring to light my positive qualities.

Here is where I tell you some of the things you may not be able to tell just by looking at my pictures.

My primary aim is to capture vulnerable and beautiful moments; to craft beautiful images of you.

Those who know me say I’ve led many lives - I’ve worked in Korea as a Army para-medic, in inner city Boston, volunteering with CityYear, in Hollywood’s fast paced and demanding film industry, and in the serene mountains of Santa Cruz, where I have deep ties to a Buddhist community I helped build. What do all these jobs have in common? Aside from helping me connect with your guests from almost every walk of life, they require relaxed, solution-oriented creativity; and what I like to call a “making it happen” attitude.

Why do people like to have me around?

Those I work with know me to be kind, relaxed, fun, and genuine. I play well with others. I know how to direct (and re-direct). People look to me when they need a problem solved.

What can you expect from me as a photographer?

I will be professional, courteous, and considerate. I will be unobtrusive.  And I’ll capture those special fleeting moments. I also know my limitations, and I’m honest about what I can do and what I can’t do.

Thank you for stopping by and taking a look - lets’ chat about collaborating!

Also, I've got a cute ass puppy named Max.
